Yes, it was a few hours of pandemonium :P
But, now I have food ready to go for almost the entire week.
That’s the joy of batch cooking :)
On the menu this week: Beef bulgogi for dinner and tarragon chicken salad for lunch (plus some holy moly guacamole as a snack).

Is the tarragon chicken salad recipe linked the amount for 1 serving or for the batch amount?
It’s the batch amount for one person for a week. I basically get 5 servings out of it. But conveniently, it’s also the amount for one whole roasted chicken.

Most of the recipes are for approximately 5 servings, which I guess is a batch proportion for one person.
