Yes, it was a few hours of pandemonium :P
But, now I have food ready to go for almost the entire week.
That’s the joy of batch cooking :)
On the menu this week: Thai beef curry for lunch. For dinner, it’ll be a chicken and venison prosciutto dish that’ll be prepared nightly.
