It’s the 4th and final week of my 30 day elimination diet – although it’ll actually last a little longer since I’ll be playing around with re-introducing a few items. I kept salad on the menu for lunch, but mixed it up with some buffalo steaks (I’ll cook some more up later in the week if I run out).
So, this week’s menu:
- Breakfast: Lamb breakfast patties with sautéed chard (plus “supplements”: sauerkraut and Fermented Cod Liver Oil)
- Lunch: Salad with buffalo steak, avocado, cucumber, grapes, Italian prune plums, and olive oil
- Dinner: Cabbage rolls (without sauce, cheese, or eggs) and roasted carrots
Now I have food for most of the week – such is the joy of batch cooking :)
