Batch Cooking: Chicken Meatza and Salad with Steak

Yes, it was a few hours of pandemonium :P

But, now I have food ready to go for almost the entire week.

That’s the joy of batch cooking :)

On the menu this week: meatza (chicken, spinach, pineapple, artichokes) for dinner, and salad with steak for lunch  (salad will be assembled daily: lettuce, avocado, bocconcini, strawberries and steak).
