Batch Cooking: Coq au Riesling and Salad with Steak

Batch Cooking 04-07-13

For dinner this week, a variation of this Coq au Riesling recipe (with some mushrooms and pearl onions thrown in).

Lunch will be a salad assembled daily: steak + avocado + strawberries + nuts + Bocconcini + lettuce + olive oil.

Snacks include some cheese I bought while in Portland, and some chocolate pots de crème from a recipe that I’m working on.

Now I have food for most of the week – such is the joy of batch cooking :)
