Batch Cooking (Jan. 8/12)

Yes, it was a few hours of pandemonium :P

But, now I have food ready to go for almost the entire week.

That’s the joy of batch cooking :)

On the menu this week, beef stew with braised cabbage for dinner, and cream of broccoli chicken soup for lunch.
