Batch Cooking: Lamb Popsicles with Coconut Kale and Salad with Steak

Batch Cooking 06-11-13

So I’m a little late posting this, but it’s been quite a feast this week…

Breakfast: Baked eggs with leeks and chard (recipe coming soon!) or soft-boiled eggs and sauerkraut.

Salad with Steak June 2013

Lunch: Salad = steak + avocado + radishes + berries + greens + olive oil.

Vij's Lamb Popsicles (1)

Dinner: Vij’s lamb popsicles with Vij’s coconut kale. (One of my favourite things to eat of all time).

Snacks/Dessert: Lemon posset (recipe up tomorrow!), dark chocolate, almond butter.

Now I have food for most of the week – such is the joy of batch cooking :)
