Batch Cooking: Leg of lamb roast with cabbage and tacos with guacamole

Yes, it was a few hours of pandemonium :P

But, now I have food ready to go for almost the entire week.

That’s the joy of batch cooking :)

On the menu this week: tacos with guacamole for lunch and leg of lamb roast with sautéed cabbage for dinner.

I live your blog got here looking for saviseed post but kept reading (salivating)

Any high fibre suggestions? I notice you are carb conscious not sure if that’s on purpose or not but with low-card goes high-fibre so I’m always on the hint for good recipes

Thanks for stopping by! I actually don’t eat high fibre, but feel free to peruse my recipes archive to see if you find anything else you fancy! :) (I eat paleo/primal: relatively low carb, moderate protein, relatively high fat)
