Batch Cooking: Sausage, Chard, & Feta Frittata

Not much in terms of batch cooking this week. As I’ve mentioned, I still have some turkey dinner leftovers, and I’m keeping brekkie pretty simple, so I only needed to worry about lunch. I made a variation of this sausage, chard, and feta frittata.
