I was pretty stoked to make this classic French preparation of Seven Hour Leg of Goat. Too bad I didn’t come across the recipe until 3pm in the afternoon :P But alas, dinner was served at 10:30pm, and it was certainly worth the wait (melt in your moth tender – think pulled pork but with goat… recipe coming soon). Also made some sautéed cabbage to go with the goat and carrots. The goat leg was smaller than anticipated, so might be having some steak or something later in the week. For lunch, there’s cream of broccoli soup with chicken. Breakfast will be sausages or eggs with avocado and some sauerkraut.
Now I have food for most of the week – such is the joy of batch cooking :)

Looks delicious :) Wonder where I can find goat here…
I just happened across it… would love to eat goat more often though.
