1) “Gatorade: Don’t put flame retardant chemicals in sports drinks!” Ew. Don’t drink sports drinks. Have some coconut water instead.

2) Toxic toys may be poisoning our best friends

3) Farm to Table, Faster Than Ever

4) Toxic Chemicals in Clothing Make All of Us Fashion Victims

“Of the 20 brands whose clothing we tested — including global fashion giants Calvin Klein, Levi’s and Zara — every single one of them was revealed to have traces of hazardous chemicals in at least one of their clothing items. Calvin Klein was the worst offender, with 88 percent of the items we tested found to contain hazardous chemicals. Levi’s came second with 82 percent, while Zara came third with 70 percent. Some of these chemicals are incorporated deliberately within the fabric, while others are unwanted residues remaining from the manufacturing process.”

5) A use for coconut shells…

6) Wheat for people allergic to gluten: Possible? <—this is SO not the solution. Hint: eliminate grains.

7)  Vitamin D Revisited (no, I don’t take Vit D supplements. But I do take Fermented Cod Liver Oil)

8) Why i don’t wear makeup (I don’t wear make-up 98% of the time)

This is a weird question… Do you burp up the fermented cod liver oil? I was going to order some but I can’t do regular fish oil because I burp it up. It’s gross! I didn’t want to waste the money on the cod liver oil if I couldn’t tolerate it…

Not weird – I’ve heard of other people having that problem. I don’t burp it up. The taste isn’t “pleasant” but I’ve gotten used to it. So I don’t know whether you’d have problems with this one if you have problems with the regular one. Might be worth a try though since it’s so good for you. They have all sorts of flavors too. And they have a blend with butter oil. Although honestly, I had some difficulty eating the butter oil straight. It reminded me of rancid butter. I found that less appealing than the fermented cod liver oil. But maybe that’s just me. And I’ve never tried the blend, so that could be completely different.
