What I Ate This Week (Apr. 29/12)

Oyama-Plate

“But if you don’t eat bread, what the heck do you eat??”

This should answer that question and then some. Check out the images below of everything that I ate this past week to see the extent of my suffering on this paleo/primal “diet”.

This week included: braised chicken with prunes, olives and orange with a side of braised cabbage; salad with steak, avocado, and goat cheese; and a charcuterie plate –  what could be tastier, or easier?

And I managed an entire week, not only without any sugar, but also without snacking! :) I needed a bit of a re-set. Also, you’ll notice only 6 breakfasts – I decided to try some light intermittent fasting by skipping brekkie on weekends.
