What I Ate This Week (May 13/12)

Prime-Rib-with-Asparagus-and-Yams

“But if you don’t eat bread, what the heck do you eat??”

This should answer that question and then some. Check out the images below of everything that I ate this past week to see the extent of my suffering on this paleo/primal “diet”.

This week included: prime rib with yams and asparagus, cream of broccoli soup with chicken, and blueberry liver – what could be tastier, or easier?

Woohoo, week 3 without sugar! :) Nice little self-imposed detox! And still sipping on chicken broth with dinner most nights. Also, started supplementing again with Fermented Cod Liver Oil. I’ve been racking my brain trying to think of a flavor that I strongly dislike, and this is probably the closest I’m going to come to being a picky eater. I’ll eat it, but I certainly don’t enjoy it.
