“But if you don’t eat bread, what the heck do you eat??”
This should answer that question and then some. Check out the images below of everything that I ate this past week to see the extent of my suffering on this paleo/primal “diet”.
This week included: osso bucco with baked broccoli, frittata with chard, feta and sausage, and mackerel with olives/lemon & asparagus – what could be tastier, or easier?
Yay, week 2 without sugar! :) Not only that, but I’ve been sipping on chicken broth every night with dinner. Tried intermittent fasting again on the weekend, and my body doesn’t seem to like it, so back to breakfasts it is.
