What I Ate This Week (Oct. 7/12)

“But if you don’t eat bread, what the heck do you eat??”

This should answer that question and then some. Check out the images below of everything that I ate this past week to see the extent of my suffering on this paleo/primal “diet”.

This was my fourth and final week of a 30 day elimination diet. Except this uber clean way of eating will continue for another week or two while I re-introduce some foods. Still doing great – there’s foods that I miss, but they’re not cravings. I’m feeling well fed. Interestingly, I’m eating a ton more vegetables, especially since I’m eating them at breakfast now. I hope to continue this even after the elimination diet – it feels right.

What did you eat this past week?
