“But if you don’t eat bread, what the heck do you eat??”
This should answer that question and then some. Check out the images below of everything that I ate this past week to see the extent of my suffering on this paleo/primal “diet”.
This was my third week of a 30 day elimination diet. It’s still going great – no cravings and I feel well nourished. I’m still sipping on bone broth occasionally and I backed off the coconut butter a little because I was starting to eat it every day. I also toned down the fruit, which I seemed to be eating more of than typical. Eating yummy stuff like Paleo Shepherd’s Pie for breakfast makes me almost not miss eggs. One more week of elimination and then another while I play around with some re-introduction. It’s kind of nice to look back at what I ate this week and only see real, whole foods, with no sugar or cheats :)
