This should answer that question and then some. Check out the images below of everything that I ate this past week to see the extent of my suffering on this paleo/primal “diet”.
This week included tacos with guacamole, salad with chicken and peaches, and roasted lamb. I’m about to start an elimination diet, so I went out with a bit of a bang in terms of treats. The next 30 day meal reports will be quite a bit cleaner and perhaps a little less diverse due to the elimination diet.
